Effective date: 21 October 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the TIFS India website at tifsindia.co and to enquiries, accounts, enrolments, services and purchases made through it. “TIFS India”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TIFS India Private Limited. By using the website or placing an order or enrolment, you agree to these terms and any specific quotation, course terms, order details or policy shown for that transaction.
1. About our services
TIFS India brings together TIFS Consultancy, TIFS Academy, TIFS ProMart and TIFS Innovation Labs. Website information is general information about these offerings. The specific scope, deliverables, eligibility, fees, timelines and other conditions for a consultancy engagement, course, event or product are those stated in the relevant written proposal, course listing, order or confirmation. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement applies to that engagement.
2. Consultancy and professional information
Consultancy work is performed only within the scope accepted by TIFS India and described in the engagement confirmation. Any opinion or recommendation depends on the material, facts and instructions provided and is intended for the stated client and purpose. Unless an engagement expressly says otherwise, website content and consultancy communications are not a substitute for emergency assistance, independent legal advice, clinical diagnosis or treatment, or decisions by a court, regulator or other authority. We do not promise a particular legal, clinical, investigative, academic or commercial outcome.
Please do not send patient records, children’s information, confidential case files, identity documents or other sensitive material through a general enquiry form. Share such material only where it is necessary for an agreed engagement, you are authorised to disclose it, and TIFS India has provided an appropriate secure method.
3. TIFS Academy
Course pages describe available learning programmes and may specify prerequisites, format, schedule, fees, assessment and certification requirements. Enrolment is subject to eligibility, available places and confirmation by TIFS Academy. Course access and certificates are personal to the enrolled learner and may not be resold, shared or transferred. A certificate is issued only where the stated programme requirements are met. Unless expressly stated in writing, a programme does not guarantee employment, admission, professional registration or a particular result.
4. TIFS ProMart orders and payment
Product descriptions, availability, prices, applicable taxes and delivery information are shown on the product or checkout pages or confirmed with you before payment. Delivery charges, serviceable locations and delivery estimates may depend on the order and address. An order is subject to acceptance and availability; we will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order or need to correct a material order detail.
Payments are processed through the payment options displayed at checkout, including Razorpay where available. The payment provider may collect and process your payment credentials under its own terms. TIFS India receives transaction information needed to verify and administer the order; do not send card PINs, one-time passwords or full payment credentials to us. An order is treated as paid only after payment is successfully verified. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Give accurate information when creating an account, enrolling or ordering, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and should promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation, misrepresent your identity, misuse another person’s information, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, or upload unlawful, malicious or unauthorised material.
6. Content and intellectual property
Unless a page or written agreement states otherwise, website text, course materials, marks, graphics, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to TIFS India. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable permission to access the website and, where applicable, use materials for the course or purpose for which they were supplied. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute or create derivative works from them without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
7. Third-party services and availability
The website may link to third-party sites or use external services for payments, communications, hosting or other functions. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our reasonable control. We work to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.
8. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, TIFS India is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general website information, third-party services or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Any liability for a paid service or product remains subject to the applicable engagement, order terms and law.
9. Changes and complaints
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force when you use the website or place an order applies, subject to any specific written agreement and applicable law. For questions or complaints, contact TIFS India at forensics@tifsindia.co or +91 79781 85891 / +91 93485 60850. Our postal address is First Floor, IBL House, Plot no. 1494/1524 (T4), near Sai Temple, Cuttack–Puri Bypass Road, Badagarh, Bhubaneswar 751018, Odisha, India. We will acknowledge and address grievances within the time required by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here takes away your right to approach a competent consumer dispute redressal forum.
